Nicole Baer, Principal
Baer Consulting was founded in 2023 by tenured marketing executive Nicole Baer. Nicole has more 25 years of experience across commercial and product motions including marketing, go-to-market, product development and sales. Mostly recently, she was CMO and COO at Logitech for their Video Collaboration and Sports & Human Performance businesses, respectively.
Nicole prioritizes agility and results for client's biggest bets, with deep investment in client success. She has proven expertise in launching groundbreaking products, driving growth goals, building world-class teams and leading through change. Her style is data-driven and biased for action, with a hands-on understanding of business decision makers, strategic customers and buying centers. With a deep network of consultants, Nicole curates the right team of highly collaborative, talented professionals for every engagement.
